Return and Refund

At Relivart, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully curated products that combine aesthetics and quality. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make returns and replacements as smooth as possible

Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product received does not match your order

  • Defective or Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects

  • Non-Customized Products Only: Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return

The reason for return should be adequately explained with photographic evidence by writing to us over email info@relivart.com 

Return Policy

1. Products purchased online can be returned within 48 hours of delivery, if the above return conditions are met

2. Items must be returned with:

  • Original packaging

  • Proof of purchase

  • Unused and in original condition

3. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer (in cases other than wrong product delivery & defects in product)

Replacement Policy

1. Please inform us of any damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted

2. The product must be unused and in original condition.

Cancellation / Modification Policy

  1. Orders can be modified (to select another size variant / another painting) without charge before order dispatch

  2. Orders can cancelled without charge before order dispatch 

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI)

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders - Refunds will be credited to choice of payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders

Relivart reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse.

This includes cases such as:

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspicious transaction patterns

If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Promotional discounts or vouchers used in such orders will not be reinstated.

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Relivart is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
